There is probably nothing more annoying than trying to shift that stubborn eye make up from your eyes after a big night out. This is my current HG (Holy Grail) make up remover and I'm yet to find anything it won't shift. Check out the pics below. It even claims to get rid of waterproof mascara, which I haven't been using for the very reason that it was so hard to get off. So maybe now I will make the move and let you know!
